Our Story
Madzimai grew out of the day-to-day work of supplying automotive spare parts to drivers, mechanics and workshops in Gokwe, Zimbabwe. Serving that counter — quickly, accurately and with the right part — is still the centre of the business.
Working the counter also exposed the limits of paper records and general-purpose retail tools for parts retail. That led Madzimai to build its own technology, purpose-made for automotive stock, batches, branches and receipts.
